Accomplished HR Leader Will Oversee Growth of High-Performance, Diverse Workforce

Lisa has more than two decades of experience developing global teams and running world-class programs that bring out the best in people.

Previously, Lisa was the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at American Well. Prior to her role at American Well, she served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dynatrace, where she led her team to support the global, 1800-employee organization. Lisa’s professional experience also includes roles at Microsoft, EMC and Parametric Technology.
