Prior to ConcertAI, Jeff was a Managing Director at Accenture Strategy/Patient Health; Senior Vice President of Strategy and Global Chief Operating Officer at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, Inc.; and a partner at McKinsey & Company. He is the co-author of the widely cited book ‘Healthcare Disrupted’ (Wiley, 2016), numerous articles, widely read perspectives, and The ConcertAI Podcast. Jeff holds a Ph.D. and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago.
